Thank you for choosing Ai Girl: Chat with Girlfriend ("the App"), operated by FINDUS COMPUTER SYSTEMS & COMMUNICATION EQUIPMENT SOFTWARE DESIGN LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By using our App, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Use"). Please read them carefully.
By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the App.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.
To use certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree not to use the App to:
Violate any local, state, national, or international law.
Post or transmit any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
Create or publish any AI-generated character or content that imitates or depicts real individuals, including celebrities, public figures, or private individuals, without their explicit consent.
Use any image, name, likeness, or voice of a real person in a manner that may mislead, impersonate, or infringe upon their rights of publicity, privacy, or intellectual property.
Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, junk mail, spam, chain letters, or any other form of solicitation.
Engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the App or which, as determined by us, may harm FINDUS COMPUTER SYSTEMS & COMMUNICATION EQUIPMENT SOFTWARE DESIGN LLC or users of the App or expose them to liability.
Users are solely responsible for the characters and content they create using the App. By uploading, generating, or sharing any content based on real individuals, you warrant that you have obtained all necessary permissions from those individuals, including but not limited to rights of publicity and privacy.
You must not create or share AI-generated characters or content that:
Resemble real-world people (living or deceased) without their explicit consent.
Mislead others into believing that the character represents a real person.
Contain defamatory, pornographic, exploitative, or otherwise offensive depictions of real individuals.
We reserve the right to remove or restrict access to any AI-generated character or content that we determine, in our sole discretion, may violate these Terms, infringe on the rights of any individual, or breach applicable laws.
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of FINDUS COMPUTER SYSTEMS & COMMUNICATION EQUIPMENT SOFTWARE DESIGN LLC and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the UAE and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
The User is solely responsible for creating the character using source materials that are not subject to third-party intellectual property rights or likeness rights. We may delete, restrict, or dispose of created characters at our discretion, without explanation.
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms of Use. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the App.
In no event shall FINDUS COMPUTER SYSTEMS & COMMUNICATION EQUIPMENT SOFTWARE DESIGN LLC, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the App; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App; (iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our App by any third party; (v) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the App; and/or (vi) the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party. In no event shall FINDUS COMPUTER SYSTEMS & COMMUNICATION EQUIPMENT SOFTWARE DESIGN LLC be liable to you for any claims, proceedings, liabilities, obligations, damages, losses, or costs in an amount exceeding the amount you paid to us hereunder or $100.00, whichever is greater.
These Terms of Use shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms of Use at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the App.
